  • Bi-Polar Roller, Stretches, Table work in partners - warm the body up 
  • Set intentions & create awareness for the "Process"

Bodywork

  • Deeper moves, compressions, intercostals, and diaphragm work 
  • Partners & teacher work in tandem to demonstrate pressure & technique 
  • Bi-polar Roller & wind-down to close

Aftercare

  • Potential for a shorter bi-weekly class w/ new moves & material
